I’m now translating a document written in Spanish on the early years of Spain. What I found really distressing was the fact that I had to determine the aglicized equivalent of Spanish names of early Roman people (as in, Trajano for Trajan which in Latin in Trajanus). It’s difficult!

As Hugh Grant during his "Notting Hills" days would have put it, this is so surreal. I thought I wouldn’t get to blog ever. Family and close friends would attest how lazy I am in learning to do techie things, so it’s tantamount to saying that I wouldn’t get to do weblogs for eternity.

But I’m doing blogs now. Weird. Not the legit kind, though. Weirder.
